Supervised the medical devices production’s safety and quality pursuant to laws and regulations on safety quality management system standards i.e. ISO 13485, ISO 9001, CPAKB, and K3 standards. Advised production quality for the company’s stakeholders, such as the director and the managers prior to the devices’ distribution to more than 300 international and domestic hospital chains. Arranged the obtainment of a medical devices’ distribution permit and annual reports to the Ministry of Health, i.e. waste management, annual adverse incidents, product sales, product withdrawal, and destruction. Developed new medical devices’ design & specification and provided them to the Product Development Manager. Led the company’s monthly medical devices production evaluation and provided more than 100 product evaluation reports to the Product Development Manager. Managed the entire process of the company’s online catalogue in the National Public Procurement Agency and published more than 100 catalogues in Indonesian and English.
